Yes, surround yourself with people who are selfish. People that belief their most important relationship is first and foremost the one with their self. Surround yourself with people who care deeply about who they are, their own happiness, their own life, their own successes, their own abundance and well-being. Surround yourself with people who won’t move an inch for anyone in compromising their own values and boundaries. People who don’t care about what you (or anyone) thinks about them. People whose highest priority in life is themselves.
Surround yourself with the most selfish people you can find! for it is only the ones who are fully able to love themselves capable of loving another. It is people who take responsibility and are proactive about their own happiness and successes the ones that won’t hold you accountable for them, the ones who won’t point fingers at you if things don’t go their way.
Find those people who won’t compromise their values and integrity no matter what, because they are the ones who you can trust in taking a stand. For it is their word that you can rely on, whether it is a ‘yes’ or a ‘no’ you will always be certain that it is coming from an authentic place.
Find people who don’t give a damn about what others think! because only them are free from judgement and do not judge. You’ll be free in their company, to be who you choose to be and do what you want to do.
Surround yourself with extremely selfish people, because they are taking care of their own happiness and that leaves you off the hook. They won’t want you to like them or pretend to like you. And because of this, they will be the truest, rawest friends and companions you will ever have.
Remember to love yourself above everything! for one cannot pour from an empty vessel.
