Terms & Conditions

Effective 2026
Seller: Yantra Group Ltd. (“Nico Canon,” “we,” “us”)
Customer support: admin@nicocanon.com
Business address: 705 king street west, 1713 – Toronto, ON

These Terms apply to online courses, live and recorded virtual workshops, digital resources, and individual or group mentoring sold by Nico Canon through nicocanon.com, its related sales pages, and its checkout providers (the “Programs”). They do not cover in-person events or other services governed by separate written terms. The legal seller, price, currency, included materials, delivery method, and any offer-specific conditions should be shown before you complete a purchase.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and any specific terms shown on the product page or at checkout. If an offer expressly promises a refund, access period, or other benefit that differs from these general Terms, we will honor the more specific promise for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

1. Eligibility and account access

You must be at least 18 years old to buy or participate in a Program. Provide accurate contact and payment information, keep your login details private, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. A purchase gives one person access unless the offer expressly includes additional participants. You are responsible for ensuring that you can access the stated delivery platform and language of instruction.

2. What you receive and when

Each sales page or checkout describes the particular lessons, sessions, recordings, resources, bonuses, and access period included in that purchase. We normally send access instructions to the email address used at checkout after payment is confirmed. For a scheduled live session, we will provide the joining details before the session. Please check your spam folder and contact us if you cannot access a paid Program.

Dates, instructors, or delivery platforms may change for reasonable operational reasons. If we make a material change that substantially reduces what you purchased, we will offer a suitable replacement or a refund for the undelivered portion, subject to applicable law. We will honor any “lifetime access” commitment expressly stated on the applicable offer page; these general Terms do not reduce such a commitment.

3. Prices, taxes, and payment plans

The total price, currency, applicable taxes, payment schedule, and any recurring charges will be displayed before you authorize payment. Your payment provider processes your payment under its own terms. We do not intentionally store full card details on our website.

If you choose a payment plan, the checkout must show the number, amount, and due dates of the installments. A payment plan is a commitment to pay the stated purchase price in installments; it is not a subscription unless the offer explicitly says so. If a payment fails, we may contact you to update your payment method and may pause access while an overdue amount remains unpaid, subject to applicable law and any offer-specific promise.

If you buy a recurring subscription, the renewal interval and price will be clearly shown before purchase. You may cancel future renewals through the account or billing method provided, or by emailing customer support. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals; it does not retroactively cancel a completed billing period or a separately agreed installment plan. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights still apply.

4. Refunds and cancellations

Offer-specific guarantees come first. If the page on which you purchased a Program offers a money-back guarantee, we will honor the guarantee as presented when you purchased. Contact customer support with the email address used for your order to request that refund.

For other digital Programs, the checkout or product page will state any applicable refund window or guarantee. If none is offered, purchases are generally nonrefundable once access has been delivered, except where required by law or where we fail to provide what was purchased. For a scheduled virtual session, tell us as soon as possible if you cannot attend; any transfer or rescheduling option will be described on the offer page or agreed with us in writing. Missing a session does not itself entitle you to a refund, unless the offer or applicable law says otherwise.

If we cancel a paid live session without a suitable replacement, you may choose a refund for the affected session or credit toward a future session. If you experience an access or billing problem, email customer support before filing a payment dispute so we have a chance to resolve it promptly; this does not limit your right to contact your card issuer or payment provider. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears.

5. Educational nature of the Programs

Programs provide education, reflection, guided exercises, and mentoring for personal development. They are NOT medical care, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for advice from a licensed professional. Participation and results vary; no particular relationship, health, financial, or other outcome is guaranteed unless a specific written offer expressly says otherwise.

You decide whether to participate in any discussion or exercise and may stop an exercise at any time. If you have a medical or mental health concern about participating, seek advice from an appropriate qualified professional. In a group setting, other participants may hear what you choose to share; please avoid sharing information you do not want the group to know.

6. Community conduct and recordings

Treat other participants and staff respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, disrupt sessions, share another participant’s personal information, or record a session without permission. We may remove someone whose conduct materially violates these rules after considering the circumstances. Any refund or access remedy will be determined under the offer, applicable law, and the reason for removal.

We may record a group session when the offer says a replay will be provided. We will tell participants when a session is being recorded. If you do not want your voice or image in a recording, keep your camera and microphone off or contact us before the session about available participation options. Do not redistribute recordings that include other participants.

7. Intellectual property and permitted use

We and our licensors retain ownership of Program materials. Your purchase gives you a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the materials for your own learning during the access period stated in the offer. You may not share login credentials, republish recordings or materials, resell access, or use the materials to create a competing product without written permission. You retain ownership of content you independently create.

8. Privacy and communications

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may send service messages needed to deliver your order, such as receipts, login details, schedule changes, and support replies. Marketing messages are subject to your choices and applicable law; you can unsubscribe using the link in those messages. If a Program uses third-party platforms, their terms and privacy practices may also apply.

9. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep digital content available as promised and to remedy access problems reasonably promptly. Internet connections and third-party platforms can experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the order was made. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded, or removes your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Changes and disputes

The version of these Terms in effect when you purchase governs that purchase. We may update Terms for future purchases by posting a new effective date. Material changes to an ongoing subscription will be communicated as required by law. If a concern arises, contact customer support first so we can try to resolve it. These Terms are subject to the law of Canada, except that mandatory consumer protections in your location continue to apply. Nothing here requires arbitration or waives a right to bring a claim in a court with jurisdiction.
